Lim, Jin-sung Partner
Mr. Lim provides a wide array of legal services concerning civil, criminal, and administrative matters, with special focus on shareholder class action suits, securities, financial frauds, and corporate governance counseling. Utilizing his former extensive background in accounting, auditing profession and projects on corporate finance, Mr. Lim provides integrated legal services related to investment, criminal and administrative matters to individuals and corporations. He values client involvements through communications and connections, which brings better outcome for his clients. Prior to joining Hannuri law, Mr. Lim worked as a Senior Associate CPA at Samil PWC, where he conducted accounting compliance, disclosure consultations, internal corporate controls and general corporate matters for high-profile customers. To effectively address the clients’ business needs, he decided to go to law school. And since his admission to Bar in 2014, Mr. Lim has been working with Hannuriplaying his part in representing individuals against corporate misconducts. Mr. Lim received his B.A. in Business Management from Yonsei University and passed the Korean CPA exam. He received his J.D. from Chung-Ang University Law School in 2014.
