Park, Phil-seo Partner
Mr. Park acts for investors in accounting fraud, price manipulation, and incomplete sales related disputes. He focuses on representing shareholders in collective shareholder actions/class action suits and corporate law related litigations. Also, Mr. Kim has extensive experience in preparing and enforcing provisional remedies in corporate related conflicts. His litigation strategies are reliable to both clients and fellow attorneys. Prior to joining Hannuri Law, Mr. Park started his career in Digital Law Office, where he experienced variety of cases regarding civil, criminal, family, administrative matters, bankruptcy, and insolvency. The ample experience he gained and his diligence in putting his best efforts contribute greatly to maximizing clients’ benefits. Mr. Park is thorough and analytical in solving complex multiparty cases and is an excellent lecturer on the topic of civil law procedures in academic seminars. Mr. Park received his LL.B. from Kyunggi University, passed the Korean Bar in 2005 and finished courses at the Judicial Research & Training Center 2009.
